Why this is for you
you and your team do by hand what AI could have done long ago, and there is no time to figure it out
you tried AI in a chat, but it never went past "ask ChatGPT" and never got built into the work
the team is afraid of AI or waits for one person to figure it out for everyone
What an AI HQ is made of
Five layers. During the intensive we assemble each one, from the brain to ready agents.
Brain
The model that thinks and writes (Claude). We set it up and tune it for everyone.
Memory
The company's knowledge base: documents, procedures, samples. The agent relies on it instead of making things up.
Rules
Instructions for the agent: what matters, what to track, how to respond in your voice.
Hands
Access to channels: email, messengers, CRM, 1C. The agent goes there on its own.
HQ
Agents by role: sales, task follow-up, reports. They work together.
How the intensive runs
Pre-start review
We look at your processes and data and choose which agents to assemble first. So the intensive follows your tasks, not abstract ones.
We lay the foundation for the team
The model, the knowledge base, and access for every participant. From there we work not on slides, but in real files and channels.
We assemble the first agents live
On your tasks we stand up 2-3 agents and see them take the routine off your hands right during the intensive.
We launch the HQ and a growth plan
The agents run on schedule on their own. You walk away with a plan for which employees to add next.
What you walk away with
A working AI HQ
The first agents on your data and channels, not a demo but a working thing.
The team can do it itself
Your people assemble and adjust agents without you and without programming.
A growth map
The five-layer model and a plan for which agents to hire next and for which processes.
Templates
Rules and prompts to repeat and expand the HQ on your own.
Two levels
The difference is one thing: at the first, the team assembles the agents itself; at the second, I also take the first loop all the way to production.
Intensive with the team
We assemble the AI HQ and the first agents on your tasks. The team leaves with the skill and the templates to keep going on its own.
- →pre-start process review
- →foundation for the whole team
- →2-3 agents assembled live
- →growth map and templates
Intensive plus a turnkey loop
Everything from the first level, and after the intensive I take one loop all the way to production with numbers before and after.
- →everything from the €5,000 level
- →one working loop, turnkey
- →numbers before and after
- →launch support
How it differs from a rollout pilot: in the intensive the team learns to assemble agents itself, while a pilot is when I build the loop turnkey. You can start with either.
Who it is for
- → the owner and the core of the team, not one person in isolation
- → a business that already has data and processes too valuable to keep on manual labor
- → those who want not a course, but a system live in production
