Terms of Service

1. General

MAGILIGHT VENTURES LIMITED, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 408606 (the "Provider"), offers consulting and educational services on the terms set out below to any legally capable individual aged 18 or over, or to a legal entity (the "Client").

Payment of an invoice issued by the Provider constitutes the Client's full acceptance of these terms.

2. Services

The Provider offers the Client the following services:

• consulting on bringing artificial intelligence into business processes;
• strategic and diagnostic sessions for owners and executives;
• educational programs, intensives, and ongoing support on applying AI;
• architecture design and implementation support for AI solutions.

The specific scope, format, volume, and timeline of services are agreed individually and recorded in an invoice, a separate proposal, a contract, or the parties' correspondence.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are set in an individual proposal or on the relevant page of the website and are quoted in euros. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice issued by the Provider. Services are provided after the payment is confirmed, unless the parties agree otherwise.

4. Delivery of services

Services are delivered within the timeline and in the format agreed by the parties (online meetings, access to materials, ongoing support). Access to paid materials and services is granted after the payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds

The Client may withdraw from the services before their delivery has started and receive a full refund. If delivery has started, the refund is made net of the value of the part of the services actually delivered.

To request a refund, write to mikhail.zelenin@gmail.com stating your email and the payment details. The refund is made by the same method as the original payment within 10 business days.

6. Liability

The Provider undertakes to deliver services of proper quality in the agreed scope. The Client undertakes not to share access to materials and services with third parties. The Provider is not liable for the Client's individual business results, which depend on the Client's own actions.

7. Personal data

By requesting services, the Client consents to the processing of personal data under the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms and the relationship between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, by the competent court of the Republic of Cyprus.
